After emails and telephone conversation about what type of a class I was looking for Chef JASON was very accommodating and willing to do whatever we wanted to learn how to improve our kitchen skills. We met with Chef JASON at his commercial kitchen and had a knife skills lesson and cutting class. Then he instructed us all how to cut a whole chicken into the different parts and how to prepare filets from a slab of beef. He then prepared a healthy meal for us to eat. Chef JASON was very informative, knowledgeable and took safety with handling of the knives and food seriously We thoroughly enjoyed the time spent in his kitchen. Thank you, Chef JASON, for a wonderful class and meal!
