City Moose Catering is an experienced and professional catering company based in Hudson, New Hampshire.
Jason Lamountain is the executive chef who utilizes his culinary expertise in every dish he serves. He began his culinary career at Alvirne High School and graduated from the acclaimed Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. There, Jason worked for 3 years with the Functions Department and was responsible for catering functions on the CIA campus. He went on to receive his Master’s Degree in Business Administration and accepted a position as private chef for FLIR.
In 2016 Jason and Stacy, who is co-owner and catering events coordinator, opened the award winning City Moose Catering - their passion and full time jobs.
City Moose Café opened April 2018 in Nashua for 1.5 years and we closed to focus on catering only. City Moose now has a larger kitchen, dedicated staff (including local moms!) and many loyal clients.
With passion, energy and attention to detail, City Moose maintains a standard of excellence for every event - and we look forward to what the future holds for our family owned + operated catering business.
